– HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the company’s complete HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling the HR team, managing payroll and coordinating with the Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HR team.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and exit formalities.
- Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave and salary records.
- Coordinate regularly with the Senior Director regarding HR activities and workforce requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee performance, KRAs and KPIs.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee documents and records.
- Monitor statutory compliance and labour-law requirements.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and MIS to management.




- Conduct employee-engagement and retention activities.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

Requirements
- Graduate or MBA in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in team handling and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work closely with senior management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
