HR Operations Intern

Duration: As per internship requirement

Working Hours: 4 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

- Check and verify employee documents and ensure all required documents are available.
- Maintain and organize employee folders and HR records systematically.
- Update and maintain accurate employee data and HR databases.
- Collect required information and documents from employees.
- Prepare and update HR MIS reports on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with employees for pending documents, information, and data.
- Assist in managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including updating candidate details, interview status, and recruitment records.
- Manage and maintain CVs/resumes and candidate databases, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates.
- Ensure HR files, CVs, candidate data, and employee information are updated and properly maintained.




- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR Operations team.

Eligibility
- Graduate pursuing/completed or currently pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA, HR, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of HR documentation, recruitment, and employee records.
- Freshers and students looking for practical HR exposure are welcome.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
