We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and build a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance, acting as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
- Build employer branding and sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Design and run onboarding programs that help new hires integrate quickly

Employee Relations

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes
- Investigate workplace issues and recommend fair, timely resolutions
- Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and respect

Performance & Development

- Implement performance appraisal systems and goal-setting frameworks
- Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs
- Support succession planning and career pathing

Compensation & Benefits

- Administer payroll inputs, salary structures,



and advantages programs
- Conduct salary benchmarking to keep compensation competitive
- Manage leave, attendance, and reward and recognition policies

Compliance & Policy

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and the employee handbook
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Strategic HR & Leadership

- Partner with management on workforce planning and organizational design
- Use HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, engagement) to guide decisions
- Lead and mentor the HR team
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Analytical mindset with sound decision-making
- Leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
