We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the complete HR and personnel functions of our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in factory HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, labour welfare, HR documentation, and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Health & Safety Committee, Worker Committee, Internal Complaints Committee (ICC/PoSH) and other required committees.
- Conduct employee induction, HR orientation, training coordination, and awareness programs.
- Monitor employee turnover, absenteeism, manpower requirements, and retention initiatives.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of PF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
- Experience in handling social compliance and customer audits.




- Robust recruitment and manpower management skills.

Qualification MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Labour Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in garment/textile manufacturing or a similar factory environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tiruppur garment industry HR operations, labour compliance, statutory requirements, recruitment, employee relations, and factory compliance audits will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
