The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll and salary administration for employees and workers, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing and disbursement. The role will oversee EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances, including timely filings, payments and returns. The position will manage employee attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs, prepare payroll MIS, handle PF, ESIC and salary-related queries, and ensure smooth Full & Final Settlements.

The HR Manager will maintain statutory registers, employee records and compliance documentation, coordinate annual statutory returns, and liaise with labour authorities, consultants and statutory agencies. The role will also monitor contractor labour wages and statutory compliance, support inspections and audits,



track changes in applicable labour laws, maintain the statutory compliance calendar, and provide management with accurate payroll, manpower and compliance reports.

Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Commerce with 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll, statutory compliance and HR operations, preferably from mining, manufacturing, construction or other labor-intensive industries. The candidate should possess solid working knowledge of EPF, ESIC, payroll, statutory returns and applicable labour laws, with experience in supervising a small HR team.
