Nada Happiness LLP is a Calicut-based business support company providing centralized back-office services to an established business group. Our team supports key functions including HR, Accounting & Finance, IT and other business operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to independently lead group-wide HR operations from our Calicut back office. The role involves working closely with senior management and department heads to manage manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR policies and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead manpower planning, organisational structuring and end-to-end recruitment across departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and performance appraisal systems.
- Manage compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking, increments and employee records.
- Oversee HRMS, attendance, leave management, employee documentation and HR compliance.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and engagement initiatives.




- Plan training and development programmes and support employee performance improvement.
- Prepare HR MIS, management dashboards and reports on recruitment, manpower, attrition and performance.
- Coordinate with senior management and department heads to ensure effective HR operations.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred; other relevant HR qualifications may be considered.
- Minimum 6 years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, distribution or a multi-location organisation.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations from the Calicut office.
