Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Pharma/API roles
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance management
- Oversee performance management systems and appraisal processes
- Ensure HR compliance as per Factories Act, labor laws, and audits
- Manage payroll, attendance, and overall HR operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Knowledge & Experience





- MBA / PG in HR or related field
- 5–8 years of HR experience in Pharma / API industry
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and audits
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
- Hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
