Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the complete HR function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and implementation of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete HR operations for the organization.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, and manpower records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing, deductions, and payroll-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Conduct employee induction, orientation, training, and development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisals and performance reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation related to joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.




- Manage full and final settlement and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of company rules, policies, and code of conduct.
- Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.
- Support management in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Handle HR-related audits, inspections, and statutory documentation.
- For manufacturing units, coordinate with management regarding contract labour, factory manpower, shifts, and labour compliance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Graduate in any discipline with relevant HR experience may also be considered.

Preferred Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in HR management.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.
- Knowledge of handling blue-collar and white-collar employees will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
