We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, attendance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations and HR documentation
- Maintain attendance and employee records
- Support performance management and employee engagement
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
- Handle HR policies and administrative activities
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–5 years of HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organizational and people-management skills
- Freshers with relevant HR knowledge may also apply
Pay: ₹15,668.91 - ₹54,662.45 per month
