Key Responsibilities Manager HR & Administration

- Develop and implement HR strategy and workforce planning aligned with business goals and budgets.

- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, organisational capability and employee-related issues.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for India and overseas manpower requirements.

- Build and maintain talent pools for plant, Indian and overseas requirements.

- Handle overseas manpower deployment, including visa, offer, transportation and employment coordination.

- Manage complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, development, retention and separation.

- Drive employee engagement, communication and grievance handling.

- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and capability development.

- Manage HR and Administration processes for both on-roll and contractual employees.





- Plan and monitor administration budgets, facilities and service delivery.

- Ensure statutory, HR, safety and quality compliance and coordinate internal/external audits.

- Handle employee relations and liaison activities with relevant stakeholders.

- Lead HR process improvement and technology implementation initiatives.

- Prepare HR MIS, reports and management inputs for decision-making.

- Coordinate with BHR, CHR and plant leadership on HR projects and organisational initiatives.

- Monitor HR KPIs such as manpower productivity, recruitment TAT, training compliance, grievances and employee satisfaction.

- Drive continuous improvement, process automation and HR digitalisation initiatives.
