Remote Recruitment / HR Intern

About the Company Nxtsft.com, is a fast-growing, remote-first organization. We look for passionate, energetic team players to join our Human Resources team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our core Talent Acquisition team to source, engage, and secure top talent.Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and professional networks.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications to evaluate if candidates match role requirements.
- Initial Outreach: Conduct preliminary phone or video screening calls to check communication skills, interest, and salary/stipend expectations.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers; manage calendar invites and follow-ups.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate status, and databases using Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Employer Branding:



Assist in posting job listings and promoting company openings across social platforms.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Pursuing or graduated with a degree in BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, or any related field.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. (Knowing an additional regional language is a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), MS Excel, and professional social media
- Soft Skills: High energy, strong multi-tasking skills, organized, and a proactive attitude towards follow-ups.
- Setup: A reliable laptop and a stable internet connection for daily remote operations.
