We’re Hiring | HR Intern – Media & Video Production

Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for an HR Intern interested in building hands-on experience in HR and recruitment within the media and video production industry.

What you’ll work on

- Sourcing and screening candidates across creative, production, editing, sales and marketing roles
- Coordinating interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Supporting onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintaining recruitment, attendance and HR records
- Assisting with day-to-day HR operations
- Building a talent network across filmmaking, editing and creative production
- Supporting employee engagement and internal coordination

What we’re looking for

- Currently pursuing or recently completed HR, MBA,



BBA or a related course
- Good skilled English communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is an advantage
- Interest in media, filmmaking or video production is preferred

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: On-site

Job Type: Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month
