We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and maintaining employee records.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, attendance records, and HR MIS.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination,



and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed BBA or MBA,with HR/HRM specialization.
- Freshers can be apply for this role.
- Candidates must be available for a 3-month full-time internship..
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
