Min Qualification :- 12th Pass

Experience :- Fresher

Location :- Barra 2, Kanpur

Stipend :- ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 + Incentives

Performance Benefit :- ₹10,000 after completing 45 days or achieving 10 successful joinings

Communication Skill :- Positive English Communication

Roles and Responsibilities :-

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidates.
- Screen candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
- Explain job details and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Skills Required :-

- Strong communication and convincing skills.




- Good English communication is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate handling.
- Comfortable using job portals and social media for sourcing.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Laptop required for WFH cases.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
