Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and drive employee engagement initiatives for the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in employee engagement, employee communication, HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR Generalist activities and employee lifecycle processes.
- Drive employee engagement activities such as events, celebrations, contests, team-building activities, and employee connect programs.
- Plan and execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs such as Employee of the Month, Best Performer, Long Service Awards, etc.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and collect feedback to improve employee experience.
- Maintain regular employee communication and engagement calendars.
- Support onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
- Handle employee attendance, leave,



HR queries and basic HR operations.
- Coordinate with managers and business teams for employee grievances and resolutions.
- Support employee retention and attrition-control initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance, engagement and employee activities.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are effectively communicated and followed.
- Support performance management and other HR initiatives as required.

Required Skills

- 46 years of experience in HR Generalist / Employee Engagement.
- Experience in Retail, Fashion, Apparel or Lifestyle industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement and R&R; activities.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
- Strong problem-solving and employee-handling skills.
