About Fireblaze Technologies

Fireblaze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an ed-tech and technology services company focused on skill development, industry-oriented training, and professional growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing,



screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for current employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee regularisation.
- Coordinate internship and recruitment drives with colleges.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining daily recruitment updates.
- Handle other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), or a relevant degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
