Role Summary The Human Resources Head will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function and driving the organization's people strategy across the complete employee life cycle from hire to retire. The HR Head will oversee Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Advantages, Payroll Management, Compliance, HR Operations, and Separation & Exit Management.

Leading a team of HR professionals, the HR Head will ensure that the organization attracts, develops, engages, rewards, and retains high-performing talent while maintaining statutory compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires close collaboration with business leaders to build a high-performance culture that supports the company's growth in the real estate sector.
