Job Title: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 0–1 years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage onboarding and employee induction.
- Address employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic understanding of payroll, PF, ESIC and labour laws.
- MS Excel and HRMS knowledge.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
