We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with store teams, conducting regular store visits, coordinating interviews, and supporting employees throughout the onboarding process..

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular store visits to understand manpower requirements, employee concerns, and HR-related matters.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for store-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and follow-up.
- Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews with Store Managers, Area Managers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including documentation, joining formalities, induction, and other pre-onboarding activities.
- Ensure smooth joining and deployment of new employees across stores.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives across stores.
- Build strong relationships with employees and store management to improve employee experience.
- Address employee queries and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Track manpower requirements, vacancies,



and recruitment status for assigned stores.
- Coordinate with business and HR teams to ensure timely manpower availability for new and existing stores.
- Support HR initiatives, employee communication, and other People & Culture activities as required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee-related records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with employees, candidates, and management.
- Willingness to travel and visit stores regularly.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, retail-oriented environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and basic HR documentation.
