Position: HR Executive

Location: Nagercoil

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month

Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team on an immediate basis.

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Age: Up to 30 years
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
- NBFC experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in bulk recruitment / mass hiring
- Robust knowledge of statutory HR compliances
- Ability to manage HR activities across multiple branches
- Willingness to travel to branches as required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and employee-handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities




- Handle bulk recruitment and manpower requirements across multiple branches
- Coordinate the complete recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage branch-level HR activities and employee requirements
- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance-related activities
- Coordinate attendance, employee records, documentation and HR reports
- Address employee queries and support branch HR operations
- Conduct branch visits and coordinate with branch teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
