We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage the company's day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance and leave management, and employee productivity. The HR Executive will work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily HR Operations
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day HR activities.
- Maintain employee records, files, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR-related matters.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly followed.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
2. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Identify manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews with management and respective department heads.
- Coordinate salary discussions, selection, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a database of candidates and potential employees.
3. Leave & Attendance Management
- Monitor daily employee attendance and punctuality.
- Manage employee leave applications and maintain accurate leave records.
- Track absenteeism and repeated late attendance.
- Coordinate with managers regarding employee attendance and leave issues.
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll and management.
4. Joining & Exit Formalities
- Conduct employee onboarding and joining documentation.
- Ensure new employees understand company policies, working procedures, and attendance requirements.
- Maintain proper records of resignations and employee exits.
- Coordinate exit formalities, clearance, and final documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Maintain professional communication between employees and management.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
5. General Office Administration
- Manage routine day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Ensure the office is organized and functioning smoothly.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, service providers, and visitors.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and other necessary items.
- Monitor stock of stationery and office requirements and arrange replenishment.
- Maintain records of office purchases and expenses.
- Coordinate basic office maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
- Report office maintenance, equipment, or facility-related issues to management.
Required Skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Overall Role Expectation The HR Executive & Office Assistant will be expected to act as a central coordination point between employees, management, and the office, ensuring that HR activities, employee management, documentation, and routine administrative work are completed accurately and on time. The position requires a responsible, proactive, organized, and trustworthy individual who can take ownership of daily tasks and provide regular updates to management.
