We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team and ensure smooth HR operations.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee documentation, payroll coordination, staff engagement, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and be comfortable working in a healthcare/rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, rehabilitation, administrative, and support staff.
- Post job vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate selection processes.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Conduct employee induction and explain company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Ensure new employees are properly introduced to their departments.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, late coming, absenteeism,
overtime, and shift schedules.
- Maintain employee leave records and attendance reports.
- Coordinate attendance-related issues with department heads.
- Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
4. Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Accounts/Finance.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and other salary-related information.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with full and final settlement procedures.
- Prepare employment-related letters and certificates when required.
5. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Support management in resolving workplace concerns and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and professional work environment.
6. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance-related documentation.
- Follow up with department heads regarding performance reviews.
7. Training & Development
- Coordinate staff induction and training programs.
- Maintain training and development records.
- Assist in identifying employee training requirements.
- Support mandatory training and professional development activities.
8. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR records.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with applicable statutory HR requirements, including PF, ESI and other employment-related compliance.
- Support internal audits and HR documentation reviews.
9. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, meetings, and welfare initiatives.
- Support staff communication and employee feedback activities.
- Help promote teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in healthcare, hospital, rehabilitation, or a service organization.
- Knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, PF/ESI, and HR documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.

Pay: ₹9,035.74 - ₹15,000.00 per month
