Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive – Campus & Bulk Hiring to strengthen our internal HR and talent deployment capabilities. The role will involve managing campus hiring, fresher hiring and bulk recruitment requirements while supporting the complete candidate journey from sourcing to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage campus, fresher and bulk hiring activities across BFSI, Retail and other sectors.
- Source candidates through campuses, job portals, databases, referrals and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting and initial interviews .
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through client interview and deployment.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, follow-ups and documentation.




- Coordinate with colleges, institutions, internal teams and clients for hiring requirements.
- Support Hire–Train–Deploy / Train–Deploy programs, including candidate mobilisation, screening and deployment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS and hiring reports.
- Support internal bulk hiring requirements and skill-development-led recruitment initiatives.
- Work towards hiring targets and ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Campus hiring and fresher recruitment
- Bulk / volume hiring
- BFSI or Retail recruitment
- End-to-end recruitment support
- Hire–Train–Deploy / Train–Deploy models
- Hiring through skill development institutes or training ecosystems
- Internal bulk hiring within an organization

Growth Opportunity Candidates joining as HR Executive who demonstrate solid performance and ownership may be considered for Senior HR Executive responsibilities based on their interview performance and subsequent performance on the job. High performers may also be considered for Team Leader responsibilities within a relatively short period .
