Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Housekeeping Incharge to supervise housekeeping operations and ensure a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained school campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure classrooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, and common areas are clean and hygienic.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and work schedules.
- Maintain stock of cleaning materials, equipment, and other housekeeping supplies.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning materials.
- Report maintenance, sanitation, and cleanliness-related issues to the administration.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning and hygiene practices.
- Coordinate with the Admin and school management teams for smooth housekeeping operations.
- Ensure the campus is properly maintained during school events and special programs.




- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures while handling cleaning materials and equipment.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; relevant housekeeping experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with good leadership, communication, and team-management skills are preferred.
- Ability to supervise housekeeping staff and manage daily work schedules.
