The Deep Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily deep cleaning services at customer locations, managing the cleaning team, allocating work, ensuring timely attendance, monitoring service quality, and ensuring proper use of chemicals, machines, and cleaning materials. The supervisor will coordinate with customers, understand service requirements, ensure all assigned work is completed as per company standards, monitor team performance and safety, and handle routine customer queries. He must share required work updates, photos, attendance, and service completion reports with the office team and immediately report any complaints, delays, additional work requirements, or other issues to management.
