Job Title: Housekeeping Staff Department: Office Works Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order across our facility. In this role, you will ensure offices, meeting rooms, common areas, restrooms, and operational spaces are sanitized and welcoming for employees, management, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and sanitization routines across designated work areas, including dusting furniture, sweeping, mopping floors, and vacuuming carpeted spaces. Clean, disinfect, and scrub restrooms, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and tiles; restock essentials (soap, toilet rolls, tissue paper, hand sanitizers) promptly. Empty wastebaskets, recycling bins, and trash cans regularly, disposing of facility waste according to environmental and safety guidelines.

Wipe down high-touch surfaces daily, such as door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, light switches, and shared office equipment. Support cafeteria or pantry hygiene by cleaning dining tables, counters, sinks, and wiping down appliances (microwaves, refrigerators).



Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals, detergents, mops, brooms, and trash bags, notifying supervisors before supplies run low.

Inspect premises for maintenance concerns (e.g., plumbing leaks, broken fixtures, burnt-out bulbs) and report them immediately to facility staff. Follow chemical safety guidelines (MSDS/SDS) when diluting, handling, and storing cleaning agents.

Requirements &

Qualifications Education: High school education, secondary certificate, or equivalent practical work history.

Experience: 6 months of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facility sanitation roles (corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, or commercial facilities). Freshers willing to learn standard cleaning procedures are welcome.

Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a standard shift; capable of lifting cleaning gear or bins up to 15–20 kg.

Skills: Robust sense of hygiene, punctuality, reliable time management, and ability to follow verbal cleaning instructions with minimal supervision.
