To ensure guest rooms and assigned areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented according to the hotel's cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service standards, while providing courteous and professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change bed linen, and replace towels and other guest supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean all room surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, mirrors, and washbasins.
- Replenish toiletries, drinking water, stationery, minibar items, and other amenities as required.
- Check rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow the hotel's procedures for lost and found items.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, pantries, service areas, and other assigned areas.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow hotel standards for hygiene, sanitation, fire safety, and workplace safety.
- Respect guest privacy and follow proper procedures when entering occupied rooms.




- Respond politely to guest requests and coordinate with the supervisor when assistance is required.
- Complete room cleaning assignments within the required time.
- Maintain housekeeping trolley, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized condition.
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status when required.
- Report any unusual activity, damage, safety hazard, or guest complaint to the supervisor.
- Perform other housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of room cleaning and cleaning chemicals.
- Positive personal hygiene and grooming.
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
- Good communication and guest-service skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and work

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
