Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and manage daily activities of housekeeping staff and janitorial teams. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; place orders as needed.
Develop work rosters, assign duties, and track staff attendance and performance. Handle guest/resident requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
