COORDINATOR – HOUSEKEEPING
- The role involves managing day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, infection prevention and patient experience across the hospital.
? Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the hospital
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in ICUs, OTs, Emergency, wards, OPD and public areas
- Manage housekeeping staff deployment, duty rosters and daily assignments
- Monitor staff performance, productivity and adherence to SOPs
- Conduct regular inspections and housekeeping quality audits
- Coordinate with Nursing, Infection Control, Facilities, Quality and Operations teams
- Ensure proper use, storage and inventory control of housekeeping materials and chemicals
