Role Description The Home Interior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of residential interior projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and on-site execution teams throughout the project lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, tracking progress, managing scope changes, and resolving on-site issues to keep work on track.

The role requires supervising site inspections, monitoring quality and safety, verifying measurements, and ensuring that materials, modular components, and custom furniture are delivered and installed as specified.

The Project





Manager will also prepare progress reports, manage documentation and approvals, assist with cost control and billing milestones, and maintain clear, professional communication with clients to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination abilities, including Project Management skills to plan, schedule, and monitor multiple interior projects.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities to follow up on orders, track lead times, and ensure timely availability of materials and modular components.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to organize deliveries, installations, and resource allocation across project sites.
- Proficiency in conducting on-site Inspection to monitor workmanship, verify compliance with design specifications, and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience managing residential interior or fit-out projects, ideally including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications; familiarity with basic design and planning tools is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, site-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within Lucknow
