- Take complete ownership of cases after loan sanction
- Conduct the Welcome Call and guide clients through the post-sanction journey
- Manage the complete process from Application Form to Final Disbursement
- Track registration status, due dates, builder demands & disbursement timelines
- Coordinate with Clients, Bankers, Builder/Developer CRM Teams & Internal Team.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and ensure timely completion of every milestone
Who Can Apply?
- Min. 2 Years Experience in Home Loan CRM, Mortgage Operations or Banking
- Robust coordination, communication & ownership skills
