Open Position - Relationship Manager

Product - Home Loan

Location - Bangalore

Job Role:

1. Experience Requirement: Candidates should possess a minimum of 1+ year of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage or any other banking product sales.
2. Lead Generation : Leads will be given by Paisabazaar only.
3. Client Interaction: Meet with loan applicants to understand their requirements, collect necessary information, and guide them through the loan application process.
4. Loan File Analysis: Regularly analyze active loan files, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to expedite the loan approval process.
5. Contract Completion: Assist clients in completing loan contracts,



ensuring thorough understanding of policies and regulations.
6. Financial Assessment: Conduct interviews with applicants to assess financial eligibility and establish feasible debt payment plans.
7. Record Management: Maintain accurate and updated account records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1+ year of experience in Home Loan or any financial product sales is must
2. Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in analyzing financial data and interpreting complex loan documents.
4. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the Home Loan and Mortgage industry.
