Role: Customer Support Executive

Process: International Blended Process

Customer Base: US / UK

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Shift: US / UK Rotational Shifts

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Support

Salary: 4 LPA 6.5 LPA

Cab: 2-Way Cab Facility

YOUR ROLE

- Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels.
- Support US and UK customers with their queries, requests and concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle customer complaints, service requests and escalations professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Use CRM, ticketing and other support tools to accurately document interactions.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, compliance guidelines and SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, Quality, AHT, FCR and Productivity.




- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience across all interactions.

WHO CAN APPLY? Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support

Experience in International Voice / Chat / Email / Blended / Non-Voice Support preferred

Excellent English communication and active listening skills

Strong written communication and typing skills

Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable supporting US / UK customers

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Comfortable working from office
