Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Physical Health Concierge / Care Partner team serving premium and HNI clients.
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for premium clients and ensure a seamless healthcare experience.
- Manage end-to-end coordination and delivery of health and wellness services.
- Ensure timely resolution of client requests within defined SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with medical, network, wellness, operations, call centre and virtual concierge teams.
- Liaise with hospitals, clinics, wellness providers and external vendors.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding service requests and updates.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client healthcare needs and achieve revenue targets.
- Track and report monthly cross-sell/upsell revenue.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, service quality and confidentiality.
- Lead and support the team to deliver a premium client experience.
Required Skills
- Experience in healthcare/wellness, concierge services, relationship management or client coordination.
- Candidates from Healthcare, Pharma, Wellness or Hospitality backgrounds preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of sales, cross-selling and upselling.
- Team leadership and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in CRM and communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology or a related scientific discipline.
