About Our Client:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create the demand generation strategy for channels that you think are most suitable.
- Set up the right measurement, attribution, and tracking to find and fix leaks quickly.
- Craft winning campaigns that generate $1M+ of qualified pipeline each quarter.
- Work with the content and design team to create campaign assets built for conversion.
- Translate product value into messaging that drives demand.
- Work closely with Account Management and Sales to improve campaigns.
- Build reporting that gives real-time visibility into funnel performance.
- Join sales and customer calls to stay close to buyer needs and challenges.
- Be hands-on with the product and operations to know what makes us win and stay ahead.
Metrics you will own
- Marketing-sourced pipeline
- Marketing-influenced pipeline
- Cost per SAL (Sales Accepted Lead) and cost per dollar of pipeline
- Conversion rates from first touch → intro call → SAL → evaluation → win
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in B2B demand generation.
- Personally owned and hit $3M+ annual qualified pipeline target. $5M+ is a strong plus.
- Can show exactly how the pipeline was generated - channels, spend, conversion, ACV.
- Ran one or more of content, events, paid media, or other demand channels yourself.
- Selling to US CPG brands is a big plus.
- Building and leading a team is a plus.
- Fluent in modern demand generation tools (Ahrefs, Figma / Framer, G2, HubSpot, …).
- Robust copywriting and creative skills.
- Use AI beyond ChatGPT to plan and optimize campaigns.
