KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer complaints, retention cases and escalations through voice support
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records




- Follow quality, compliance and process guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution

ELIGIBILITY

Excellent English communication skills

Strong customer service & problem-solving skills

International BPO / Customer Support experience preferred
