01- Manager - FAT Documentation and Coordination- Process Equipments

JD : Support the preparation, review, execution, and closure of FAT protocols.

Coordinate FAT schedules, documentation, action items, and approvals with the U.S. team, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Maintain FAT records, supporting evidence, deviation logs, and punch lists.

Track open observations and follow up with the responsible teams through closure.

Ensure FAT documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to project requirements.

02- Asst Manager / Deputy Manager - SOP and Protocol Development- Process Equipments/Manufacturing

JD : Draft, revise, format, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, protocols, and other controlled documents.

Work with U.S. subject-matter experts to convert operational and technical requirements into explicit procedures.

Coordinate document reviews, incorporate feedback, and manage documents through the approval process.

Maintain document trackers, revision histories, and supporting records.

Help standardize documentation templates and practices across Project Sterling.

03- (Sr Executive to Asst Manager ) - Project Operations and Facility Administration- Facility/Manufacturing

JD :



Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for Project Sterling.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track actions, decisions, and deliverables.

Maintain project schedules, status reports, resource trackers, and shared documentation.

Support communication and coordination between the U.S. and India teams.

Assist with onboarding, training coordination, system-access requests, records management, and other project administration.

Post-project, this position will support facility-related activities, including Drafting protocols and SOPs.

04- Quality Assurance - DM / Manager

JD :

Provide independent QA review of FAT documentation, SOPs, protocols, deviations, and project records.

Ensure documents and activities comply with applicable quality systems, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations.

Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and document approval workflows.

Monitor quality-related deliverables and support inspection- and audit-readiness activities.

Partner closely with the U.S. QA team while maintaining the required level of quality oversight and independence.
