Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Specialist with NAPS/NATS experience preferred, who can manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations like EPF, ESIC, PT, and Income Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing (salary, deductions, perks)

- Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings

- Maintain payroll records, reports, and reconciliation

- Resolve employee queries related to payroll and deductions

- Support audits and documentation

Requirements:

- NAPS/NATS experience preferred

- Basic knowledge of payroll & statutory compliance

- Proficiency in Excel & HRMS tools

- Good communication and attention to detail
