Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls related to home insurance policies
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with policy, coverage, billing and claim-related queries
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining service quality




- Verify customer details and update information in the system
- Follow insurance process guidelines, compliance and quality standards
- Maintain proper call documentation and case notes
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve defined performance targets
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
