- Handle collection calls and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Contact customers through calls and communicate payment-related information.
- Follow up on pending dues and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and outstanding amounts.
- Achieve assigned collection targets and maintain process quality.
- Follow company policies and collection guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the collection process.
- V2 level communication required.
- VST must be cleared.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- 2 documents required.
Job Details: Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Salary: In-Hand: 16,500 / CTC: 21,000
