The OpportunityAre you looking to build a high-impact career in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and AI-enabled HR Operations?

We are hiring 5 HR & Recruitment Interns / Executives to work out of our North Kolkata office. You will receive rigorous, hands-on training from seasoned tech-recruitment leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines for our internal SaaS products, digital sales teams, technical software engineering units, and MNC client professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

- JDs &

• Sourcing: Translate complex tech and sales requirements into precise Job Descriptions; source and screen candidates for Software Developer, Pre-Sales, Technical Support, and Inside Sales roles.
- Pipeline Management: Coordinate candidate interviews, follow-ups, stakeholder alignment, and offer closures.
- Compensation &

- Negotiation: Assist in mapping CTC/salary structures and rolling out competitive offers within budget guidelines.
- Client &
- Vendor Coordination:



Support MNC and enterprise recruitment delivery timelines.
- Employee Lifecycle &
- BGV: Handle documentation, background verification (BGV), onboarding, and HR operations.
- AI &
- Automation Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge AI recruiting tools and automated sourcing workflows to supercharge recruiter productivity.Who We Are Looking For:

- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/HR background is an advantage, but passion beats degree).
- Languages: Professional fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Attributes: High energy, fearless communication, strong presence, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven tech environment.
- Tech Affinity: Good computer skills with a sharp interest in learning AI-assisted HR tech tools and automation.
- Location Priority: Candidates based in North Kolkata, Madhyamgram, Barasat, New Barrackpore, Birati, Airport, Sodepur, Barrackpore, Belgharia, and nearby micro-markets are strongly encouraged to apply.
