: General Helper (Fresher / Experienced)

Position Overview

We are looking for a hard-working, energetic, and reliable General Helper to join our team at our Ahmedabad manufacturing plant. This position is open to both Freshers and candidates with prior factory experience. In this role, you will assist machine operators, supervisors, and shop-floor teams with daily material handling and floor maintenance tasks to ensure continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Handling: Safely move raw materials, castings, components, and finished products between departments, machining areas, and stores.
- Shop-Floor Assistance: Assist machine operators, CNC programmers, and assembly technicians by supplying required tools, loading/unloading parts, and holding workpieces.
- Workplace Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the work floor, machinery, assembly lines, and packing areas clean, organized, and free of scrap or waste materials.
- Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading packed finished goods into transport vehicles and unloading incoming raw material shipments.
- General Factory Duties: Carry out daily task instructions assigned by shop-floor supervisors and strictly follow safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications Education & Literacy





- No Formal Education Required (Open to all candidates; basic understanding of spoken local languages is sufficient).

Experience

- Fresher (0 years) or 1+ years in a factory, workshop, or manufacturing environment. Complete on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Skills Needed

- Physical Fitness & Stamina: Good physical health and strength to handle manual labor, lift components, and remain active during shift hours.
- Punctuality & Discipline: Strong commitment to arriving on time for shifts and adhering to factory safety rules and protective gear requirements.
- Work Ethic & Teamwork: Positive attitude, willingness to follow instructions from supervisors, and ability to cooperate with colleagues on the shop floor.
