We are hiring 03 Workshop Helpers for a Heavy Fabrication plant!
Job Role: Helper / Shop Floor Assistant
Vacancies: 3
Experience: Min. 1 Year (Fabrication / Industrial Workshop experience mandatory)
In-Hand Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Duty: 8 Hours + OT Applicable
Location:Talawade, Pune
Key Responsibilities
Assist Fitters and Welders with heavy plate clamping and positioning.
Material movement using chain pulley blocks and shop trolleys.
Basic grinding, slag/rust cleaning, and tool handling.
General shop floor upkeep and material loading/unloading.
Requirements
Min 12 pass./ITI
Physically fit with good understanding of factory safety.
Knowledge of basic tools (angle grinder, tape, spanners).
