This internship provides practical exposure to healthcare data-analysis workflows through structured assignments involving data cleaning, validation, reporting, dashboard preparation, trend analysis, and healthcare operations reporting under appropriate guidance. The role focuses on data and operational analysis and does not involve diagnosing patients or making independent clinical decisions.

Key responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and prepare assigned healthcare datasets for analysis.
- Clean and validate healthcare-related data using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and analyze healthcare data.
- Identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or inaccurate data.
- Prepare healthcare operations and performance reports.
- Create dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or similar tools.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
- Perform basic data-quality and reconciliation checks.
- Prepare charts, tables, and summaries for internal reporting.
- Assist with healthcare operations and performance analysis.
- Maintain healthcare data trackers and reporting templates.
- Document analytical findings, observations, and data-quality issues.




- Support ad-hoc data-analysis requirements from internal teams.
- Follow established data-handling, confidentiality, and documentation procedures.
- Participate in quality reviews and process-improvement activities.
