Relationship Manager (RM) | Health Insurance Agency Channel

Location: Chandigarh, Jammu, Jodhpur. Faridabad, Gurugram, Recent Delhi

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Health Insurance Agency Channel

CTC: 3.5 - 5.5 LPA + Incentives (upto 20% hike on current CTC)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth through the Health Insurance Agency Channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents/advisors.
- Activate agents and improve their productivity and business performance.
- Generate business through regular field visits and market activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and support overall channel growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Health Insurance Agency Channel.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
- Target-oriented and energetic approach.
- Experience in agent/advisor handling and activation preferred.
