Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Play School & Daycare Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. The teacher will be responsible for supporting children’s early learning, daily routines, social development, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities, games, storytelling, art, music, and creative activities.
- Ensure children are safe, comfortable, and well supervised throughout the day.
- Support children with daily routines such as meals, nap time, hygiene, and toilet needs.
- Encourage valuable manners, sharing, communication, confidence, and social skills.
- Observe and understand each child’s individual needs and development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom/daycare environment.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children’s activities and progress.
- Assist in organizing celebrations, events, theme days, and other school activities.
- Maintain basic records such as attendance, daily activities,



and children’s observations.
- Follow all school/daycare safety, hygiene, and child-protection policies.
- Work cooperatively with other teachers and staff.

Requirements
- Qualification in Pre-Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, Montessori, NTT, D.Ed., or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, positive, and approachable personality.
- Ability to handle young children calmly and responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Willingness to participate in training and school activities.
