Role & responsibilities

- Drive OEM approvals for HV, Data, Shielded and Aluminium cables across ICE, EV and hybrid platforms.

- Target OEMs and Tier 1 customers and identify market opportunities for new cable products.

- Build and manage the recent business pipeline, revenue targets and conversion milestones.

- Track competitor pricing, products, approvals and customer wins and provide market insights to management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 16+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with a wiring harness or automotive cable manufacturer.

- Strong exposure to OEM customers such as Tata Motors, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki and similar automotive companies.

- Hands-on experience in OEM product approvals, homologation and technical qualification.

- Proven ability to develop new business, acquire customers and increase business with existing key accounts
