FoxScan delivers structural inspection and field engineering services across 7 cities. We hire civil engineers, field technicians and contractor partners at volume, and we run a paid training program that feeds our own bench.

This role owns the entire candidate conversion funnel: the calling floor, batch fill (35 seats x 2 batches per month), candidate show-up rate, and 30-day retention of everyone onboarded. It is a hiring role that runs like a sales floor.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have run high-volume field, gig, blue-collar or admissions hiring against daily targets.





Backgrounds that fit: supply or fleet acquisition, admissions or inside sales, agency recruitment, real estate sales management, BPO or field workforce hiring.

You can quote your own numbers from memory: monthly onboards, conversion rate, cost per hire.

Corporate IT or tech recruiting is not what this role needs.

COMPENSATION

1.2 to 1.4 lakh per month on target. Fixed salary, plus variable tied to seats filled and 30-day retention, plus a profit share in the zonal business.

Location: Pune, in office. Travel to our operating cities as required.
