Head Operations - Cold Rolling Mill The Head Operations is responsible for leading and managing Manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with the Company's strategic objectives. This role drives operational excellence, fosters solid stakeholder relationships, and ensures compliance with the BPP and 5-Year Group Strategic Plan. Additionally, it collaborates closely with the Commercial Team to synchronize manufacturing with market demand, the Supply Chain Team and the Finance Team in creating synergy to ultimately ensure the achievement of overall Business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

1. General work experience (years): 15-20 Years in similar field.
2. Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 3-5 years in similar position
3. Industry: Minimum 15 Years (Steel and/or Related Industries)
4. Other Experience/ Exposure: Experience in manufacturing excellence, cost optimization, product innovation, strategic planning, strategic sourcing, and project management.
