We are looking for a senior HR leader to spearhead HR Business Partnering for Corporate Functions mainly Learning & Organisation Development (L&OD;) agenda for a large, fast-growing organisation.

The Role

This is a strategic leadership position partnering with senior business leaders across Corporate Functions, while driving organisation-wide initiatives across leadership development, capability building, employee engagement, talent development and employee experience .

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leaders as a strategic HRBP across Corporate Functions.
- Lead the organisation-wide L&OD; and capability-building agenda .
- Drive leadership development, succession planning and talent development.
- Design and execute organisation-wide learning and capability programmes.
- Lead employee engagement, employee experience, onboarding and induction initiatives.
- Drive organisation design, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
- Strengthen internal mobility, career development and leadership pipelines.




- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR COEs on critical and senior hiring.
- Use people analytics and workforce insights to identify opportunities and risks.
- Lead change and people interventions during periods of growth and transformation.
- Build and lead a high-performing HRBP/L&OD; team.
- Oversee relevant corporate administration and employee-facing workplace services.

Ideal Candidate

- 15+ years of overall HR experience .
- Strong experience across HR Business Partnering, L&OD; and Leadership Development .
- Experience in a large, complex, high-growth organisation
- MBA/Postgraduate qualification from a premier B-School .
- Solid stakeholder management, business partnering and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into impactful people and organisation strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution orientation.
